Meet Emma Yang, DMD

Dr. Emma Yang grew up in Newark, Delaware and is a graduate of Newark High School. She received her Bachelor of Science (BS) and Masters (MS) in Biology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She was extensively involved in scientific research projects and had several publications in scientific journals. She received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree (DMD) from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she graduated with awards and was named to the Dean’s List for her academic achievement.

Dr. Emma Yang then continued her dental training by completing her General Practice Residency at Penn Medicine – Lancaster General Hospital. She was closely mentored by top dentists and received more extensive training in different disciplines of dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, pediatrics, periodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Emma Yang is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Education Association, and the American Dental Association.

In her free time, Dr. Emma Yang enjoys music, sports, traveling, spending time with friends, family and her dog, Turbo.
